Atlantic Quad, made up of Eoin Hartwright 17 youngest person to ever row the Atlantic earning himself a place in the Guinness World records, his uncle Simon Hartwright 40 a Farmer, Tom Alden 30 an ex Marine now Personal Trainer and Matthew Collier 49 experienced Yachtsman have just crossed the finish line of the Talisker Whiskey Atlantic Challenge after 43 days & 21 hours at sea!!

The crew of 4 crossed the Atlantic  on an ocean rowing boat, 26ft (8meters) long, living off purified sea water and dehydrated food, rowing relentlessly 2 hours on 2 hours off through gruelling conditions. They encountered sleep deprivation, whales, dolphins, dangerous sword fish and a near miss with a tanker vessel!

Team Atlantic Quad have a very unique story from other ocean rowing teams having only met each other 5 days before the crossing! They are raising money for their chosen charity Helen & Douglas House a hospice giving support to children and young adults with terminal illness.
