Sales Administrator - Thame Depot

Location: Thame, Oxfordshire, OX9 2NZ

Farol Ltd is an extremely successful family owned agricultural business based in Milton Common, near Thame, Oxfordshire. Established in 1976 and now employing over 230 people, we are the market leaders in agriculture, groundcare and homeowner products, holding the market leading John Deere franchise along with many other brands.

Our brand new, state of the art Milton Common Head Office currently has a vacancy for a permanent, full time Sales Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a highly successful and growing organisation.

Working within the Sales Administration team, the role is to work closely with and provide general administrative support to the Sales Managers, on both the Agriculture and Groundcare side and to cover finance admin during staff holidays.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ordering Equipment
  • Processing Sales Tickets
  • Process Finance Quotes
  • Raising Finance Documents
  • Chasing Finance Houses for Pay-Outs
  • Processing Stock Orders
  • Supporting Adhoc requests that come into Sales Admin Inbox
  • Allocating Finance and Customer Deposits Payments
  • Updating Deals in process so that everyone is aware of the status of the deal
  • Supporting the Finance Manager / Directors
  • Work closely with the sales team
  • Raising Invoice and Credit notes for customer accounts and finance house

Previous experience of working in a Sales Administrative role is desirable, along with solid IT and interpersonal skills.

The right candidate will have the below skills:

  • The ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • English, Maths GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above

Parts Assistant - Shefford

Location: Shefford Woodlands, Berkshire, RG17 7BP

Due to expansion within the Parts Department we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Golf & Turf Parts Assistant to join our busy Aftersales department at our Shefford Depot. As a key member of the team, you will actively promote and sell a wide range of spares and Aftersales services whilst also supplying technicians in the workshop with their required parts.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within the Golf & Turf/Agricultural industry and also be familiar with John Deere and competitive products.

 

Package details
Working hours are 8am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday plus Saturday cover on a rotation basis but a degree of flexibility is required. We can offer a very competitive salary and bonus scheme for the right candidate, plus benefits (pension scheme, up to 25 days holiday)
